Another source for support for families in Solano county are The Family Resource Centers. These centers assist families in identifying and accessing community resources to meet their needs, including parenting, family recreation, job search, transportation, child care basic needs, etc.. They also offer parenting and resource libraries, parenting classes, computer and internet access for job search, resume writing, and much more.

State Preschool Admission/Enrollment Priorities

1st Priority – Children ages 3-5 referred by Child Protective Services. A written referral must be provided.

2nd Priority – Children turning 4 by September 1st 2018/19 program year. Admission is based on family size and income. Children whose family has the lowest income will be admitted first.

3rd Priority – Children turning 3 by September 1st 2018/19 program year. Admission is based on family size and income. Children whose family has the lowest income will be admitted first.
